What is Toastmasters
Membership in Toastmasters is one of the best educational courses you can take. At ¥1,700 yen per month, it is also one of the most cost-effective skill-building programs available anywhere. Since 1924, more than 4 million people around the world have become more confident speakers and leaders by participating in Toastmasters.
Club Mission
We provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.
Our Meetings
We hold hybrid meetings from 12:05 to 13:00 p.m. on three Thursdays per month. You can attend online or on the Katahira Campus of Tohoku University.
Get To Know Us
In three one-hour lunchtime meetings per month, members practice their speaking and listening skills in a friendly, lively and fun environment.
There are usually two speeches, two feedback speeches, and a spontaneous speaking session.
